• Call data: caller phone numbers, call transcripts, lead details captured by our AI
• WhatsApp messages sent to your JobCatch number by your customers
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe - we do not store card details
• Usage data: app usage, settings, preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the JobCatch AI receptionist service
• To capture and deliver leads to you
• To send SMS and WhatsApp summaries of calls and messages
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve our service

4. Your Customers Data

When a customer calls your JobCatch number or messages via WhatsApp, we collect their phone number and the details they provide. This data is stored securely and delivered to you as a lead. It is your responsibility as a data controller to handle this data in accordance with UK GDPR.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Twilio (call handling), ElevenLabs (AI voice), OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Deepgram (speech-to-text).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Lead data is retained for 12 months. Request deletion by emailing hello@jobcatch.co.uk.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@jobcatch.co.uk.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token authentication, and encrypted data storage.
